How to obtain and activate a license for Forms2test 4

When we have received your purchase order we will send you our Software License Agreement (SLA) by email. As soon as we receive a signed copy of the agreement you may request for a License Activation Code (LAC) to unlock the software and activate the license.
Activation of the license is also the commencement date for term bound licenses (Lease Program only).

To obtain the License Activation Code (LAC) to activate the license you should perform the following three steps:

1. Download and install Forms2test 4 to a directory of your choice. (howto)
2. Mail the active license code to license@testnext.com. (howto)
3. Activate the requested license with the License Activation Code (LAC). You will receive the LAC from TestNext by email. (howto)

Note that the license is uniquely bound to the machine on which they were activated and will not work on any other machine. However, you can 'move' the license to another machine at any time. Please read the note 'How to move the license to another machine' for more information.

How to get the Active License Code?

Select the main menu option License -> Show:



A dialog box pops up that shows you information about the active license including the Active License Code.
Copy the Active License Code to the clipboard and mail the code to license@testnext.com:

How to activate the license?

After you have sent the active license code, you will receive the License Activation Code (LAC) by email to activate the purchased license. To enter the LAC and activate the license select the main menu option License -> Activate:



A dialog box pops up that enables you to enter the License Activation Code (LAC).
Enter the License Activation Code (LAC) you received by mail and select the button "Activate":
